The battle of wolf 359 has passed and Starfleet Command is now nervous at best as as the condidion of our millitary power-

They are asking them selves what would happen if the Romulans started an all out War
... The Klingons
... The Cardassians

so we will be running a simulation of each attack by  how many ships, the classes, and the allied ship and classes And the armament of each.
In the Simulation we will have some 10 ship defending the starbase of varius classes
the ships will be NPC's it is also a test of our crew effencincy rate - how we respond in a Crisis-
