Sign up with a friendly 'Yo!' or the like. This mission is to start in two weeks, when repairs are mostly complete to the Starbase. It is to extend the current mission, taking it in a new direction. If folks would like a fresh mission, post also.
Mission Starships:
USS Caledonia NCC-42068, Centaur class.
USS Limburgia NCC-36444, Excelsior class.
Briefing:
The Centaur is to break formation and remain behind with the USS Limburgia to scan the sector for possible subspace anomalies or wormholes that might have caused an entry point for the alien intruders. The USS Soval and USS T'Kumbra are resuming their exploration mission to the Klendathu Nebula and beyond, they will be on the lookout for evidence also. Upon completion of the scans, we will head out towards the great unknown, beyond the nebula and commence a search for evidence of this species.

I propose the following temporary positions. Any other crewperson / officer that signs up will be mission specialists on board, not replacing the Captain, chief of department, etc.
Ens. Robinson - tactical / security advisor aboard the USS Limburgia
Crewman Kynes - engineering / tactical advisor aboard the USS Caledonia.
The two of us will also be the liason officers between our ships and the Starbase.

As a Security Officer I would love to come and play :)
But as Chief Security Officer, with no second in command at the moment. I'm needed on the Station :'(
So, if you can figure me into the mission, but keep me on the Station, then count me in ;D

Not being the Chief Engineer has its advantages
There will be lots of Subspace chatter between the ships and the base, hows about 'Liason Officer between SB49 and Taskforce Alpha'? Keeping us updated with analysis of alien components, analysing sensor data, etc.

Dude youll have to wait awhile i didnt get promoted for four months and its been 6months since than although it should happen soon... if you are good for the next few months. Join Strat ops and maybe you can get a higher rank.
