Ah, I kind of guessed it was something like that.  When I was in the Military I was attached to a Reserve Unit.  Strangely enough, most of the Reserve Officers where all Ex Regulars (but not all Ex Officers).  

But to answer your question, no, I haven't (yet) Smile

Why are you planning to join the Reserves?

no i am going into high school i can take this class and if i do it for 3 years i can join the military at the paygrade of E3 instead of E1. look it up on google it will give you some more information

I was in AJROTC for 4 years, ended up as the Bn C/CSM.

Its a great program, you'll love it.

The Military here in the UK have a similar scheme.  People in college do some uniform stuff at weekends and holidays, and when they finish college/university they go straight into the Military.

It won't be easy, but it will build confidence, give you rank and you will feel good about your self. If you want to go in the Service do what your talking about, I didn't.
  And when I was 18 I joined the ARMY and I went to Basic Training  8 wks came out a PVT/E1, then to AIT( Advanced Individual Training) 8wks came out a PVT 1st class/E2,  then to GVR( General Vehicle Repairman) 8 wks came out a SPecialist 4th class/E4, and I look back and wish I could do it again, You don't get any 2nd chances in life!!! I was good enough to graduate 15th in a class of 250 and recieve E4. So think about it...

well i plan on joining the military i just want to get as much information and experience as i can before i join up.
