All you need is enuf posts get 49 post and 30 days you will be promoted.

yea I also have noticed that. of course whan Roy got his new job the site started acting up. Wonder why. Ill try and get ahold of him too.

I talked to him, the only reason you guys arn't getting promoted due to your posts is a safeguard post spamming on the site. That way you can only get 1st promoted after 30 days than 45, 90, and so on.

50-99 posts and 0,5 years of service
Crewmen Apprentice are enlisted personnel with typically less than 2 years of service. Crewmen Apprentice generally perform menial tasks such as basic maintenance or act as security officers.

OK guys, weve stablished that a post count of 10 million is as much good as a post count of 50 for you guys, so can we please cut the 1 and 2 word posts???? If you have something to add, add it, but please, make it worthwhile!

Have you noticed after all the posts the newbies have put in they are still crewman recruits, and until you start posting something relivent it will stay that way, Roy reads all the posts and will only promote those that will post in the proper place and post relivent conversatoins. I'm not talking about promoted to crewman or crewman apprentice, that is auotmatic, I'm talking about Officers.....

True what zach said about dead topics. Other forums have moderators. On my forums, i ban people for revival 5 times. If theres a conversation thats been stale for 6 months, the last thing you need is some novice (who joined yesterday, but has 300 posts), going "Lol".
