Why don't you all write a nice long story for your character on how he/she ended up on Starbase 49. We can put them in the Mission Logs and it will also give us more back-info for the characters. I will try to do the same for mine so you have a spine to build on.

Speaking of episodes, I've been jotting down ideas and came up with some ground breaking episodes. They each show why starfleet wanted a starbase to be built, and breaks the ice on a little past history. I've even wrote a few out...ok 5 whole episodes, and one that begins a KlingonRomulan relationship...AND WHERE THE HECK IS THE SCIENCE,MEDICAL,AND OPS OFFICERS!!!!! I'll begin construction of my officer immediatly sir. (I love saying that.)
