Or you could do what I did and digitise a picture of yourself, and find an upper body on the net of someone in your department, say Geordi LaForge or Miles O'Brien, paste your head on, smooth the join in Paint Shop Pro, and alter the rank accordingly.
IIRC the final image size required is 250x250, so the quality of the image doesn't have to be fantastic, as you can see from mine if you save it from my profile, and zoom in.
Most of my skin colour, but not my neck. Looks well dodgy when you zoom in.
Time for a new picture I think, my hair is a bit longer, and I fancy a new pose. Only three more years before we can get the DS9 style uniforms, unless we go with the interactive pc game Star Trek: Borg, when they have them as of next year.
