SECURITY TRAINING PROTOCOL V 1.0
This memorandum is solely for the attention of Security Personnel. All other stations ignore this notice.
The security staff shall be (for training purposes ONLY) divided into 3 teams. Red, Blue and Yellow.
There shall be three training sessions a week, two lead by me, and one by Lieutenant Rockape (Due to the burden of command, ill take two, as he has more paperwork to do than I do. But judging by the state of my in-tray, you’d never know :P). ÂÂ
Red Team – You are on Red Team, if your surname begins with the letters A – H. Your session will be with me, on holodeck 39, Mondays, prompt at 07:00 hours.  The session will last for one hour.
Blue Team – You are on Blue Team, if your surname begins with the letters I – M. Your session will be with Lieutenant Rockape on holodeck 33, Wednesdays, prompt at 22:00 hours. The session will last for one hour.
Yellow Team – You are on Yellow Team, if your surname begins with the letters N – Z. Your session will be with me, on holodeck 16, Fridays, prompt at 11:00 hours. The session will last for one hour.
The Sessions shall work on a topic based schedule. There are five sessions in all, and they vary each week on the following topics:
• CQC (Close Quarter Combat, or Hand to Hand combat). This includes the use of bladed and melee weapons. (ill see if i can get our first officer involved every now an again :P
• Physical Conditioning Pt. 1.  Exercises etc.
• Firearms. How to shoot the eyebrows off of a fly at 400 yards. Just like me
.
• Physical Conditioning Pt. 2. More exercises etc.
• Security Theory.  The holodeck replicates tables and chairs, and we speak to you for an hour about varying security issues. Bring a pen. ÂÂ
All three teams shall follow one of these a week, in a sequential order. That is to say, if Red Team does CQC one week, Blue and Yellow teams shall also do CQC that week. The next week, Red team shall do Physical Conditioning Pt.1, and so shall Blue and Yellow.
Duty Shifts shall require some minor workarounds, but I anticipate no problems, as the department has the full support of Captain Veldman (I think…)
Thank you for taking the time to read this notice, and if you have any questions, forward them to either myself or Lieutenant Rockape

Lt Rockape to Ensign Robinson,
Mr Robinson, good work. If I'm available, I would like to attend the training sessions you will be running. However, the session will still be yours, you will be in charge. I will only be there as a member of the security team.
Rockape out.

As security personell, you could argue that you are required to come. Your more than welcome. I shall still lead the sessions, but i am no longer your deputy. I requested a transfer to Tactical, because i feel i can do more here. But as i have said, i will still be more than willing to lead the sessions.
10-4 over and out.

Mr Robinson,
I'm sad that you are leaving us to go to Tactical. But, I lose a good Officer, and they gain a good Officer. The only glad thing is that you are staying on the Station. So, we will still get to work together.
I suppose you are right, as a Security Officer, I suppose I have to attend. So, I'll see you for the first session.
Good luck in Tactical, give 'em hell. Or at least, do as good a job for them as you did for me.
