This department specializes in the mapping and cartographic publishing of the various sectors within the Delta Quadrant. As more of our vessels venture into other regions of the Galaxy (Alpha, Beta & Gamma Quadrants), more information will be compiled and distributed. It is interesting to note that in our exploration of the Alpha Quadrant, we have encountered several vessels which have significantly mapped regions belonging to such inferior species as the Ferengi, Klingons, Romulans, Cardassians and various members of what is known as the United Federation of Planets. Scout vessels have been dispatched to the Alpha Quadrant to collect more information.

However, it is hoped that through our study of how bionic-implantation techniques have improved, we can better serve the galaxy's inhabitants by improving their quality of life.
