General description
The Sovereign class is the longest known ship type of the fleet, however, it is smaller than the Galaxy or Ambassador class. In 2373, the Sovereign-class Enterprise-E is the most advanced ship of Starfleet. Its weapons include quantum torpedoes which are fired from a module at the bottom of the saucer hull and various other locations. The Sovereign class has a warp-capable captain's yacht too.

The Galaxy class is the result of an ambitious development program at Utopia Planitia Fleet Yards. It is the largest and most complex Starfleet starship built to date. The Galaxy class is primarily designed to replace the aged Ambassador and Oberth classes in research missions. Galaxy-class starships feature a detachable and independently operational saucer section, three shuttlebays and a captain's yacht at the bottom of the saucer.

Nah, at the enddatheday, its gotta be the Ncc-1701. original and best, its not just the ship, its the crew that used it...
NX-01 is the best and only ship for me
c'mon y'all, does the NX-01 REALLY count?
Anyway, I voted for NCC-1701, the classic. I love all the funky noises on the bridge...
BTW The Space Shuttle Enterprise does not have any USS.

I prefer the Excelsior class NCC-1701-B. The Excelsior class was and is one of the best classes in the fleet. (if only transwarp got working)

A real "rough and ready" ship. Of course, from a Security point of view, it's were alot of our procedures came from!

I still just love the Constitution class starship. It's a beautiful design. The Galaxy-class Enterprise-D is also cool. It's got that luxury hotel style.
