Sorry, although there may be some good people in both those races. I don't really think I would want to use them on any kind of mission.
Call me old fashioned, but they have still to prove themselves to me. At least having worked with Klingons and understanding the pilosophy, and believe they are highly honourable, and dependable in a battle situation.
ill Take the Romulans and Cardassians for Going Behind Enemy Lines They are Sneaky. Excellent for Espionage Missions and Sabotage.. but if you want to take the Klingon Route and go in with Bat'leths Flashing choose Klingons, But. Die Vulcans. Die Logic, Sorry Sallikar
I can't answer that one simply because I liked them all for different reasons though I will admit that the Cardassians were probably my least favourite in the ST universe. the baddies in general were well written and thought out as well as acted.
um, sorry to try to put you in your place,Zecks, but I was the Exact same way when I was new to the site, And I learned that people will like you better and it will work better.

Go ROMULANS
I take no offense in that, But I still Believe vulcans are highly superior
For some reason most humanoid aliens (not to mention the Borg), seem to be physically stronger than humans, although they usually look very much like humans. In addition, they have longer life spans, better developed hearing and sight and sometimes other superior mental and physical capabilities. All of the above seems to apply to Vulcans who have excellent minds (and mental discipline), are telepathic, are stronger, are able to hear a broader range of frequencies and have self-healing capabilities. Klingons are at least much stronger and live much longer than humans (Kang, Koloth and Kor are still going into battle at the age of 140something!), and they have many redundant systems in their bodies (TNG: "Ethics").
Whilst I will admit that Vulcans are indeed stronger and smarter than Klingons. Both facts the Klingons don't mention, or like. I would still prefer to go into battle with Klingons at my side. Now I have seen Vulcans fight, and I would not like to get on the wrong side of one. Klingons are great at following orders from a superior they respect. So, from my point of view, that makes them excellent soldiers to have in a fight. And, of course (like the Scots), they will fight until they can't fight anymore, and keep going after that!!
Vulcans and Romulans must be Physically Similar in the Fact that they both are stronger than humans and vulcans. but romulans deal dirty as worf said it many many times 'Romulans are without honor' he was right but the romulans are still a force to be reckoned with. cardassians are honorable they are a dictatorship such as Iraq under Suddam Hussain. and also like Iraq they are moving tword a Diplomacy.
i wouldnt want a fight with any other alien. they are all stronger.... maybe not the Bejorans, they are the most like us.

Depends on the mission.
If I was leading a dangerous Rescue Mission, I would take the Klingons everytime.
I would take the Vulcans for Diplomatic Missions.

Klingons are like Bikers, Party all the time and just mean.... Vulcans don't use their emotions and are smart, but don't push them.

If you look at a Vulcan then a Klingon the Vulcan looks like a twig compared to Klingon. Were are the muscels or is it all in their head?

I found this, not much to go on but I couldn't find a Klingon vs Vulcan strength...
http://memory-alpha.org/en/wiki/Vulcan
Vulcans are on average three times physically stronger than humans and are noticably more agile.
http://memory-alpha.org/en/wiki/Klingon
On average Klingons are larger and physically stronger than Humans
Also at ex-astris-scientia I found this:

"Strong Aliens"

That is why they usually select an open minded Vulcan who considers every possibility to do the job. ;)
