Zach was Born in St.louis , Earth in 2340 to

Operations,

Academy in the top 20%.

He was than Promoted to Ensign and Transferred to
Starbase 47 under the Command of
Commodore R'Lar as a Tactical operations Officer
he Served on Starbase 11 for Two Years and was
Promoted to Lieutenant J.G for Out Standing Serivice
However, he Was Ambitious and Saw an
Advance Ment Opportunity Came up
as Assistant cheif Strategic Operations Officer

Sector in the Beta Quadrant upon Arrival
