Now that I remember, i think I used that site for a Star Trek site i had running a few months ago. Sorry, but the sites defunct now.

That above link is a cool one. I loved going on there and looking up the ships and such.

I think one of the best is startrek.com. They always know what they're talking about.  ;D

I think the only problem with startrek.com is that it doesn't get real in-depth about the information. Unlike here, we get down to the nitty gritty.

I know this probably makes me weird, but the more nitty gritty and down and dirty you get about the technolegy, the more confused I get. LOLOL

That doesn't make you weird. Trust me I've been confused about stuff before. For example I explored this site in Star Trek Warp Propulsion. After reading it for like an hour I had to click out of it because it confused me so much.

We all get confused,we watch Srat Trek on the tv, all we have to do is watch, now we are Star Trek, I am Lt Cmdr Kent Taylor, Cheif Science Officer. I didn't realize what that ment. I went to a site and read what a CSO does. and I was confused. but after reading it a lot I was unconfused, but not enough that I know completly what I'm doing. I just know I'm in Star Trek when I come on this site...

Chief Counselor is pretty self explanatory. S/he is in charge of the mental well being of the crew and captain but they also aid in first contacts to analyze social behaviors etc. So counselor is a busy position.

Well, im not a chief or anything for Stratigic Ops. is actually a fun place to be. For example, you help to Captain and XO in battle operations to stratigicaly win and manuver. There is aslo some other things, but I don't want to get into detail.

Those are cool sites, I like ones that go more in depth, even if I do get confused often (Which I do) I have the most trouble with engineering...far, far too techincal for me....thats why I pretty much like security...you get to protect the ship, shoot things, and not have to understand TOO much of the technology stuff... : LOL!

That's why I stay out of engineering. Can't stand the technobabble. Confuses the hang out of me. LOL. Can't do security either. Not the authority or policeman type. LOL. So I stick to counseling and medicine. I have the most experience in both. Medicine because I was a field medic in the Navy. And counseling because I have taken some Psych courses in college. LOLOLOLOL. That's the extent of my experiences.

Most, the only ones i dont know are the ones they really havent found out if the ship is a class or not. Them mystery ones.

There is no way, I can sit here and say, I know all the episodes of TNG, But I can't prove it, I do know them when I see them though.
