Well now sir, you can't just "drop a bombshell" like that and run. Are you going to tell me more, or do I need to ply you with more real alcohol 8-)

Congrats, sir and a whiskey is the best way of celebrating an event like that, seeing as that you are scottish and its the only way we realy celebrate anything, with a party and alcohol!!
Lets get this party under way
*gets the bottle of whiskey from the bar and starts to pour the double whiskeys for the officers
